I just realized the difference.. The $68.25 online reservation is a pre-payment in full for the duration of your stay up front, and will not be refunded if you cancel or change. The $75.00 rate (busted down to a whopping $71.99 just for us) includes the complimentary breakfast and will not be immediately charged to your account. Now, I dunno about the rest of you but a growing boy NEEDS his breakfast.
I have the CEO of Intercontinental's home phone# in my customer database. I don't mind calling him during dinner if I have to. I don't take getting lied to lightly, somebody will beg for mercy by the time I'm done.

OR, if the group elects seperate checks, better yet.. Impose the 15% tip on each ticket. It seems not to help when they know a large group is coming. It's best to reserve individually.
