We are all grown men and women, and we dont need our organization having that kind of ignorance following us around, and I for one will not let it transpire. this may or may not make me popular, but I care for the people of this forum more than most understand:) And I have no problem telling anyone to leave, and never be welcome at another GTG held by the VTCOA.

also there has been a few pms regarding weapons, Now everyone knows a ton of drinking goes on at our GTG's, I would ask please that any weapons brought for security be left in the room at night, I really dont think with as large as a crowd that we have , we will need anything;)

I understand Ironhead is gonna have a poker session, this means Ironhead is in charge of the poker session guys, his rules apply, if you dont like the rules, dont ingage. Knowing Ironhead it is all for fun, remember that, fun.


All of our previous GTG's have been safe and very fun, lets all band together to make sure this is another great GTG:rock: :rock: :rock:

I guess some people just don't "get" some of the joking about fighting and weapons.At least I hope everyone was joking ! I certainly was !

If anyone has any "concerns" about my behavior :D , just hang around me a few minutes.I am just a big teddy bear.:D

Sorry I haven't been following this thread like I should. Especially when it adds 5 pages in a day!!

Yes this is a full 1/4 track and they prep the shit out of it for this event. There will be cars running in the 9's and prob some in the 8's. Tech isn't a big deal but they do require pants and a helmet. Motorcycle helmet will work for this event.

Thanks Tony but I'm not worried about anyone fighting. This will be a wide ranging group of vehicles and a equally wide range of people. Everyone is a car guy and we haven't had an incident yet. If anyone has a problem come find me and I'll take care of it. Also if anyone has any questions PM me and I'll get back to you.

I will be talking to the owner of the track about the possibility of renting this track for just our group. Sounds like we could do it for close to the same cost as what we paid to run in Panama. We'll see what everyone thinks after wards.

My brother and I belong to the car club that is putting on this event. We did it last year and had a great turn out. This year will be bigger but if everyone gets there close to when the gate opens you can get in a lot of runs before it gets crowded and then spend some time watching and bullshitting between runs. Or do like me last year and break after 30 min and not have a choice!

Again I'll be happy to answer any questions and I'll try to follow this thread more closely.:marchmellow:

I am totally lost here.. Who was talking about fighting? I totally missed that. I've never got the impression that anybody here had it out like that for anyone else on this forum. I've only witnessed joking around and such.. Wow this place is veeeeery interesting..

but some of the guys that have never been to a GTG had sent me a pm concerning rough housing and such, so I made a post stating no such was allowed to let them know there wouldnt be any problems:D


Some of the folks that have never been to one of our GTG's dont know how much fun and joking that goes around, and I think they jsut thought we were a rough crowd,

jsut reasuring them sir,
