Yes, it is a portable dyno.

I will ask about setting up at Reynolds (Silver Dollar Raceway). He would have to work something out with the track, plus try to find a place to setup, needs 220v too. Odds are he would have to setup elsewhere.

The guy that tuned my truck,Torrie R. McPhail of unleashed tuning, is interested. He can do both the SCT and VEC. He has worked with Roe in developing Roe's tunes. he can also tune Fords and GM. He is about 4hrs from Macon and would travel to Macon. He also ownes a tuned Ford GT (not Mustang GT) that he may bring to the track... Let me know if we want to do this.
 
I will call Brian (Anderson) tonight and let you guys know. Plus, I will tell him to bring his 1700+ HP Twin Turbo Rambler to the track.
 
Also, if anyone wants to go to our local guy's shop who ports heads and see his setup and SF600 flow bench. He already has an adapter setup (from mine) for Viper heads if you want your heads flowed. He is a pretty impressive guy. Been porting heads for 30 years by hand. Started with motorcycle heads when he raced his cycle.

Mine is always in the center compartment under the middle seat.. I'll have it for sure.
 
Torrie wants to know how strict is the track rules? He want to bring his Viper convertible...is a roll bar needed? This is what he emailed me:

The viper would be more appropriate plus it was the beta field test vehicle that was used by me with SCT to do all of the hardware and software testing for the existing flashers and the software used to tune these trucks too. It’s got history to it. I used it to make all of the initial V10 calibrations and assist SCT back in 2006


The Viper being a vert gets tossed with no cage on some tracks and the GT will MPH so high that they demand a cage for it too. Its over 1000whp at 3400 lbs ya know

its a nhra track, i imagine you could make one pass without the rollbar then you may be banned...lol

You probably can get away without it there for a few passes. They also don't check for helmets either but I wear one anyhow. You will see all sorts of vehicles out there. Plus, there is a group in the stands that sports a betting scene unofficially. You are not suppose to put a bag of ice either on your intake but I haven't seen them crack down on it. Just watch speeding through town (don't do it), plenty of cops around the track. They won't mess with you unless you start drag racing on the streets.
