hey anty i have a igloo 12volt cooler that work great ,,if you get briscket we can stick it in it ,,just in case they dont have fridges in holiday inn ,,most holidays inn i have stayed in have them

It's official. Bar-b-que cookout at Bone's Friday night... Bone was kind enough to offer up his place as the cookout headquarters for Friday night. In that way I could really get down with making the grub. This will be great.

James, the cooler you mentioned would be ideal to keep that big slab of smoked meat chilled until we get it to Bone's kitchen.

sweet, im bringing the deer sausage courtesy of NBT. its the best ive ever had. thanks again kenny. ill pack an extra cooler so you can have yours back. do we finally get to meet the boys who painted the TV?

Eddie...everything will be frozen...( I can pull some out for the BBQ) probably best to keep most of it that way if ya can...not sure if you can pull a stunt like I did in Macon...:dontknow:
I am going to re-load you with as much as I did before...with a bit more summer stick.... damn good isn't it. Try it with good Pepper Jack Cheese;) :rock:

dude i dont need that much. thanks for it though keep it all frozen ill use what i got to cook with it will already be thawed out. hide out in a cooler and come along.:D

antnee, i ll have enough brats for everyone, they are fresh not smoked so youll know. if you need anything else let me know. ill be more than happy to help out. sorry i got you into this.:D not really but thanks...lol
 
Remember I will have Brian Anderson at the track with his dyno, so I will have to split the time up between the house and the track.

Or we can have him setup at my house (maybe with short notice)?

What kind of beer do you want? I will stop at the class six.

:congrats: A very special thanks to Bone (Dave) for letting us cook out at his place Friday evening. Let's make sure to keep things calm and orderly at his house and around his family. Frankly I would have had a real hard time making so much food in a parking lot.
 
Two briskets are currently smoking and will be done after the full 18 hours. I will slice 'em up and wrap them for cooling and transporting. All we'll need is Bone's kitchen oven for a couple hours on low heat to wake up the meat.. My bar-b-que sauce will be at a slow simmer in a couple hours. I also have the big pork tenderloin, charcoal and grill. I will just need to buy chicken legs near Bone's place and whatever else you guys want so I could season it and toss it on the grill.
