They had info that he was at his mother's house. Went there and saw him through the window!

I'm tellin ya.... OPD are some of the best trained in the nation. :congrats:

Their reponse time to the initial call at the office building was LESS THAN 1 MINUTE. :rock: That's just phenomenal, imo.
