NR Headlight Tint Help

Just got back to the states and now I am back on the road with the truck. The truck has been across the US 2 times since ive been gone so shes in need of some cosmetic TLC. The headlight tint is starting to chip off on one of my headlights. Is that fixable or needs to be done by a "pro"? Im in Houston, TX if anyone knows someone. Pic Attached.

I don't think it's tiny, rather a protective coating of sorts. I've refinished a few sets that look like new when done. :rock:

Any idea what it is called or is so I can look it up and see where to go from there?

are you sure its a film? if so peel it off and clean the head light covers with a 3m pad. Then add a few drops of black paint to some clear and respray them.
