what is the ez'est what to remove the pass' side upstream o2 sensor ?

Unclip it at the harness - easy
Then unscrew it from the pipe with a wrench. May take some PB Blaster or oil to help remove it. It should come right off.

yea - i was refering to the uncliping it form the harness " on top of the trans "

is there an easer way to do this then me getting my arm stuck reaching up from the bottom around the trans and to the top of the plug then fussin with it to get the connection connected

well if your a smaller guy like myself you can crawl in the engine compartment.
5'8" 170

place your right foot on the frame where the upper control arm is. your left foot on the frame just forward of the upper control arm mount. you can have to angle your foot like a girl to get it down there. (or you can put your left knee on the intake) then just reach back behind the motor and unplug it

:( :p im 6'5" 275 lbs

but thanks for the idea - im up for anything, that dont envolve my arm gettin stuck again

Not positive on that harness but it should have push in clip or slide on a clip of some sort to hold it atop the tranny. You can usually get a screwdriver ( thinner than you, right?) and pop it loose from the clip holding it to the tranyy and unplug the O2 once you have the slack gained. Just an idea, as I haven't undone one on my 10 and it's a QC but have done at least a few hundred on cars thoughout my life.;)

Forgot to mention some have a safety clip that has to be removed before the O2 unplugs. Usually runs perpendicular to the plug.
