Here's an explanation we can all understand:

"Sometime this year, taxpayers will receive an Economic Stimulus Payment. This is a very exciting new program that I will explain using the Q and A format:

"Q. What is an Economic Stimulus Payment?
"A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.

"Q. Where will the government get this money?
"A. From taxpayers.

"Q. So the government is giving me back my own money?
"A. No, they are borrowing it from China . Your children are expected to repay the Chinese.

"Q. What is the purpose of this payment?
"A. The plan is that you will use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus stimulating the economy.

"Q. But isn't that stimulating the economy of China ?
"A. Shut up."

I hadn't even noticed it said "Obama Stimulus Plan". I was just saying any stimulus plan is not a good idea. But if everyone promises to spend it with Justin, I don't have a problem with that. At least it stays in the country.

Give 1 million dollars to each U.S. Citizen over the age of 18, would cost about 200 million dollars not the current estimate of 930 billion that's only going to make the fat cats fatter. The spending would start the next day, Justin would be rich, Tony would be rich, problem solved. Plus we'd all have scream'n 10's. Mainly the fat cats would only get 1 million dollars.

I think there's even more savings to be had.

Deny payment to anyone on welfare, having a felony conviction, or with reported annual earnings in excess of $250,000.00 for 2008.

Anyone else we could cut out? Lawyers? Politicians? (Wait, then it REALLY would never pass.)

The thing people don't seem to understand is that if you gave everyone a million dollars tonight, tomorrow a loaf of bread would cost you about $9,000.00. For a free enterprise capitalist system to work everyone can't be equal.
