The day I get to crack the bottle at the track is growing more near every minute. From what I've read when spraying it is safer to run higher octane gas to avoid pinging/detonation.

That said, what does adding octane boost to 93 do? Is there an octane boost additive that will bring it up to where I need? If I were to put a few gallons of race gas at the track in...what octane should I use? Trying to find the cheapest solution here....if an octane boost will work I'll just buy a case of that and call it good!

If I remember right, a "Fuel Booster" will only move the octane up in 10ths. You need points. Actually your already 2-points higher than California now. 93/octane is pretty good level for NOS.

You want to jack-it, put some 104/octane on top of your 93/octane.... tune for the additional octane or your wasting your money.
100-104/octane $6.99/gal. CA

Quick

I run my tank down to a few gallons then add 5 gallons of 112....

For my nitrous I will be running a seperate fuel cell just for the 112....

race gas if you can get it. A typical octane booster only raises your octane leve l about 0.5 per bottle. It's better than nothing however.
