About two weeks ago, while commuting, something in the road got kicked up and of course hit my truck. Over this past weekend I found the damage. Whatever it was hit the lip of my drivers side front wheel, causing damage to the polished surface. After a call to the dealer, the thoughts of a new wheel were quickly eliminated given the dealer wanted $1250.00. Calls to several local repair shops yeilded empty results as well. Off to the Internet -- I found two firms: Wheel Collission Center in Bath, PA and Wheel Technologies in Dallas, TX. I called both and Wheel Collission had a slightly used, non-damaged wheel in stock, plus several others that needed minor reconditioning. I picked up the slightly used wheel for $400, plus a $50 core and $20 for shipping. Both firms can also perform repairs to our OE wheels. Here are there websites:
