Well, tomorrow the wife and I are catching a flight to NC to pick up my 2005 RC....and then a nice 600 mile road trip back...now that's going to be a blast!

Just thought I'd share!
 
Congratulations brother and enjoy the ride!! I promise you will get a ton of smiles per mile on your way home. Make sure to take pics, we love pics here.

What part of VT are you driving too?


Have a safe trip and try to avoid the fuzz!! They love these trucks almost as much as we do!! :D

Well have a blast getting the new ride and take it easy on the road, oh wait a minute just have fun driving the new ride. Hope you share the truck with your wife and let her drive it as well :D

Whew...lots of questions here!
OK....here are some details....

She's a 2005 RC....black (of course!)
11k miles, mint condition....

Picked up from Charlotte (liberty dodge) for under $26k....

Im not currently living in vermont, but I did live near Rutland for 6 years...

Drove from Charlotte to home in NJ, total of a hair under 700 miles in about 11 hours including stops......

And the thing that amazed me most...I averaged almost 17 MPG...floored me when I found that out.....

So came home, the wife spent some time working with bug remover on the entire front of the truck, took it for a quick run through the local car wash, and woke up this morning and she's covered green with pollen and Im off to Dallas for business for a few days.....

If you think you like her now, then you'll LOVE her after to drop her about 1" up front and 2" in the rear. Welcome to the forum. I hope you enjoy going broke as much as we do here.:D

buying one of these trucks is a good way to lose weight.

all your money in mods and gas.:D

hasnt worked for me yet though............i like my food
