Got a new set of Oil Lines from Stinker. Got a couple of questions to ask of the SRT-10 encyclopedia.

  1. What is the torque setting for the Oil Line fittings going into the block and Oil Cooler? 50 ft/lbs??? Found them in this thread. Just want to make sure I am reading it right.

  2. Should thread sealant be used on the male end of the fittings when installing?

Thanks

Can someone hook a tard up and take a picture of where these lines are exactly so I can see if mine are leaking? I have about 1500 miles left on my warranty. Will probably end up getting stinkers though.

Look under the box for your CAI, you'll see the lines running from the heat exchanger to the block.

Umm, Stink. I think he meant pictures of where the lines are in the truck, not what the replacement lines look like.
