Well, after 18 or 19 PM's to Tony to find out where the hell my oil lines were that I ordered, I found them in the mailbox....been there since the 17th:embarassed: :embarassed: :embarassed:

So I put em on today....kicked my ass. My truck is still stock mostly with all the sh9t still attached. Brake cooler tube, fender wells, second battery box..all that crap and most of it is in the way. I did have the right size wrenches but unfortunately I needed tubing wrenches for the tight space. Didn't have any. But China saved me, I had this weird crescent wrench that let me get in there....I won't bore anyone with the details.

The most fun I had was when I got all the dripping curtailed without any on the garage floor or me and went to pull the bottom hose down through the hole and dumped about 2 ounces of synthetic dirty oil right in my mouth, it was delicious:shot: :shot: :shot:

All you guys who said you got them on in under 15minutes are some lyin mofo's:D :D :D :D :D :aetsch: :aetsch: :aetsch: :aetsch: :aetsch:

really a 15 min job :D
Mine took a couple hours including the "rain delay" and surfing the forum to find out what hose went where. :p

Installed mine...uh....heck...been months ago....no leaks since...Tony had them to me within 2 days....took no time to install...my dealer installed them free under warranty....even gave me the new factory lines...

Really not a bad job. Just a PIA to get to the connections on the block, but can be done.
If you need help (or a spectator) just let me know.

I have to get the lines from Tony in the next two or three weeks from now. I have to get that done for the son. Thanks Wes

Oil lines EASY:D Power steering lines......not so much:mad:  But they are WONDERFUL once they are on.....NO MORE LEAKS:marchmellow:

where is your mail box????????

:dontknow: :dontknow: :marchmellow: :marchmellow: :argh: :argh:

Took mine down to the dealership for installation, Nice lines & fittings. I do not know if they ran the right way, I see one of the power steering lines touching the top of round cross bar down low.:dontknow:

Your truck must be completely different than mine. :D Took me all of an hour to swap out and this was pre Stinker kit days. I had to make my own "kit"...;) Hint....romoving the inner fender well and you get full and easy access.

Can't figure why they gave you such a problem:dontknow: .... There is nothing to it once tha CAI is removed  -----Using the propper sized deep well sockets and extention , it only takes minutes to replace them.  ..

I wish I had thought of the sockets before I tried to do mine instead of a damn wrench:mad: and messing up 1 of the adapters... Took me about 4 days to finish the job  ----Oh, and thanks again Super Stinker for getting me a new adapter and saving the day:rock:

I'm ashamed to admit...I was gonna take the 2nd battery box off and the CAI and the fender liner but it just looked too time consuming:D :D :D Well, by the time I got the lines on with everything in the way, I could have removed the engine, overhauled it along with the oil lines, put everything back and been done:heeeelllllooooo: :heeeelllllooooo: :heeeelllllooooo:
