oil lines

I have a bunch of stainless steel line at home -6 and -8 . Can't I make the oil lines up at home or do I need special fittings. Thanks for any help.

-10 would be best, imvho.

just -10x10 oring fittins for the block & cooler.

whatever degree fittins ya want to use for the lines
