mine is easy, jsut plain ol Stinker
pumped up galaxy 99v dual board 45 barefoot, had a 500 linear, got boring, jsut stayed barefoot later on

What's up with the "10 Meter" radios? Do you have to modify them to use them on regular Citizen Band? Are they more powerful or something?
us radios off the shelf are limited to 4 watts, the glaxies, connex , rangers 10 meters are actually ham radios , and have to be converted, but most come off the shelf with 20 or better watts. plus most have side bands, and jsut a ton of different bands and frequencies you can use, us radios have a weather button

OMG, it the late 70's, early 80's my uncle lived in a highrise building overlooking the Deegan Expressway in the Bronx, NY. He had a huge CB antenna perched on his balcony and he liked to key the mic and screw with the truckers in the area. I used to BS with the truckers too. Yes, my handle back then was Sir Lance-A-Little.

My kid brother, Ted was into it, though..... He had huge power that'd bounce of the ionosphere... I think they'd call it "skip"..... Used to talk to people on the dark side of fkn Jupiter n shit.

I wouldn't mind getting a simple one installed in the 10 to talk some savory and upstanding characters on the road like the Stinkman and labontecsi. Hell I'll even get me a red button up and a Stetson, grow a thick mustache and pick up a not so hot lady off the side of a dusty road to ride shotgun as I run around befriending truckers and keeping Smokey on his toes as he talks about punchin his son's momma in the nose.
