I used to compete semi-pro wake board events out in the PNW. Today i get a call from a friend of mine asking if I'd like to go wakeborading w/ him and Greg Necrasson (pro wakeboarder) tomorrow at Homestead Speedway at their in-field lake while the Busch Race is going on! Helllz Yeah!!!!!

That would be cool, I love wakeboarding. We've had quite a few pros living on the lake that I live on. I tried a sky ski the other day, damn that hurt LOL.

Thats awesome !!!! Congratulations  Take some pics for us folks stuck at home ;)

That sucks....in the title you said BUSH race. Hmmmm, girls doing nevermind

hope your havin a good time, race is almost on

Thats gonna be cool!!! Do you get to park your truck in the infield?

We use surfboards and wakeboards behind the boat out here in the Pacific. Tons of fun on flat days.................cept when your waiting for the boat to come back and pick you up thinking about the latest shark attack!!! LOL

no real waves? I guess yo dont surf, just this past week I have surfed three days with overhead surf. Really all three days I have surfed a wave that is about 150 yards long,,,,yes right here in the panhandle. And I have been surfing up and down the East coast for years and have caught many epic days. And in 2005 we had more waves than the west coast. We dont have as many point breaks as the west coast but all you have to do is be at the right place at the right time. Infact I travel to the west coast about 4 times a year And down south to Panama and Costa About five times a year and some of the best surf I have ever caught has been in the panhandle and the east coast.

But I guess each to there own

Dude you need to try a wakefoil. Kinda like an air chair but you ride it like a wakeboard. Thing is a blast. I used to wakeboard but due to knee problems I can't go big anymore. If you're ever in Atl, let me know and I'll take you to ride mine.

This is an older model but you get the point. Newer ones like mine are all carbon fiber so LIGHT.
