? on lowering kit

I need for someone to confirm something about the flip kit style drop for our trucks. I have Stinkers kit in and it is 95% perfect. However, I would like for the rear to sit a little higher. I have talked to him about making extensions, but until then, here's the question: with the axle now sitting on top of the leaf springs, would the shorter stock shackle make the truck sit lower than the longer Belltech shackle?

My guess is that it would be higher. Got some pix?

i would think either way, a shorter shackle is going to lower it....... if ya want it lower now that your springs run under the axle, you could add lowering blocks to make up the distance you want it lowered..... or, like me, you could just have the springs de-arched....... your choice.

if ya want it higher, a longer shackle or have more arch put into the springs.....
