they are beyond that bad, my 96 gts's break were dogshit and i had slotted rotors with stock pads.
GenIII are much much better, GenIV are incredible.

but 92-2000 are dog crap...
once i had the roe on it I would nt open it up unless there was alot of room ahead of me, over 120 i was afraid to touch the brake pedal

I have slotted & dimpled rotors w/ EBC yellows, and yes, nothing compared to new cars; actually my Sprinter stops better lol . The stoptechkit / Gen 3 swap kit makes a huge difference.

GTS brakes are very bad compared to the SRT's. Flat spotted a set of front tires bad trying to stop in a situation where I couldn't see also. Missed the group of stopped cars ahead of me by that much. Got a new set of tires the next week, but kept from totaling the car. I can feel this guys pain, I was the lucky one I guess.

Good observation.........upon further review he had a chance to go left and pocket tween the two, and piss the passed car off...judgeing by what carlo said he might have smashed him too, with the lousy oem brakes........:dontknow:

Yeah, lookin like carz backed up from traffic, or to git the next exit..........only saw brake lightz on the one car.......i take my foot off on the flatz.......also note the rearend effect is less severe when not on brake, at a dead stop.........bummer for the GTS
