This getting old shit has all kinds of negatives...not only am I not racing any more, I had a physical this week and I am no longer six foot tall! Now 5'11"... but my shoe size has gone from 9.5 to 10.5...gravity is winning and I guess it ultimately will have me horizontal...contrary to all of my youthful enthusiasm.

I have tried a short breaker bar...but will probably just wait for Stingray to come over to do the gauges...he is young and strong...and could care less about banging his knuckles. I on the other hand have the state racquetball championship this weekend...so I have to save my hands...this stuff is young guy activity...I am much better at observing and providing light and beer.
