Yes front end collision, and the drivers airbag deployed but not the passenger... I had it turned off for when I had my son in the truck....

I can't believe it, the airbags actually deployed????? Actually I'm glad mine didn't deploy when I had my discussion with the telephone pole, probably would have been hurt more than I was.

Hopefully it's not totalled, I figured mine would be, but they put it back together good as new. Glad to hear your Dad is ok though.

Have you got the hood up? Is the engine/frame intact?

the whole front end is pressed up against the front of the engine , the drivers side fender is bent to hell back to the cab, and the frame is bent just by looking under the truck....

If the frame is bent they will probably total it. I don't know of many insurance companies willing to straighten a frame. Even if they did, I would push them to total it. I think most companies total at 70% of market value.
