online points and insurance reduction

anyone do one of these?
i am doing one now, its at your own pace thing, very lame. i just keep a new window open and going back to click next. its a 6 hour course. its only 25 bucks online, and i dont have to sit in a classroom and hear the same things i heard 3 years ago. you have to pass a test at the end, no problem.
doing it because 10% of 5000 insurance premium is about 350. sweet! and i have 3 points.

Took a 4 hour test to avoid points and my insurance from going up due to running a yellow light ---Well the cop did not buy that...I swear it was only yellow, I do! the test was 28$ I believe and 4 hours of waiting for each section to time out and the final exam ..Passed . YAY..
The f'ed up part is that you still pay the fine and they charge 5$ extra for useing a CC. then you sign a affidavit --you have to complete the course within 60 days, Turn the affidavit into the courts...If you don't turn it in on time, even after paying the fine, they suspend your driving privilige...

woah, sick.
i got tagged for 52 in a 30 a few weeks ago, only thing was it was a 40 zone. i nearly bitch slapped the cop for lying to my face. just for fun i will drag him into court and ask the legal embarrassing questions. i don't have a good case, you know they take liar cops words over your own. i wasn't even doing 52, i was going 45.... he had no dash cam i noticed. never argued before that a cop was outright lying. it will be a learning experience. going to make some videos and bring to trial if i have too. he could not have seen me in the 30 zone where he was, unless he lies about where he was. hard to tell what a lying cop would say.

I've had that happen before with a cop ---lying to the judge that is .
I was told by a neighbor years ago --He was a cop ---That if you get pulled over for speeding to demand they impound the device,radar,vehicle immediatly and bring it to court as evidence for your defense ---you have the right to face your accusors...

not sure he would do that, i couldn't even get to him go back and look at what zone i was in.

He has to by Law ---impounding the evidence would make him close up his operation and the equipment would have to be put in a safe place till court. Otherwise you will have a case for dismissal...You can not be denied your defense...
