Opinions.... on stripes.....

I was thinking about adding some CE type stripes to my silver QC but making them out of carbon fiber vinyl. Just the two stripes on the tailgate and the two on the hood scoop. Like Eddie's. What do yall think? I do have time to get this done before the gtg. I'm hooked on how the stripes look on the new Challengers. Let me know.

I think it would pretty sweet on a Silver truck. I would go for it, and not many have it and it would set you apart, from your peers.

I think they might look pretty good. Although personally I would probably go with a gray or maybe flat gray color. I don't really like the simulated carbon fiber look, reminds me of a '70's Ford Country Squire station wagon with simulated wood grain vinyl down the side. But really who cares, it's your truck and you should do what you think looks good--I say go for it!:rock:

Who did you order it through? I'd like to see what else they have available. I think it's a great way of making your vehicle unique, and I like the idea of being able to change it when/if you get sick of it--no harm, no foul.

I do vinyl as a side job. I have a 24" wide vinyl cutter. I stripe all of our county and city police and sheriff's cars and trucks, fire trucks, etc. Keeps me busy on my days off.

That's exactly why I went with my side stripes,to be different !!! I've been having similar thoughts about changing them,just haven't found anything that jumps out at me !!! I do really like the the dual stripes from front to rear !!But now that I've had Sneaky Pete in Flames painted,I don't think there's much that would go with that !!The CF Stripes on the Challenger look awesome in person,so those should look nice on your truck !!:rock: :rock: :rock:

The vinyl I ordered is a carbon fiber look but it isn't exactly like the Challenger's. I'm gonna try it. At least pimp it to the GTG and see what it looks like.

IMO that is the best choice and then to the GO BABY GO parts
