are the U bolts square to the bottom plate? When I added CalTracs I noticed this and the first install I had them off a little so the spacing between the two U-bolts was greater at the top than at the baseplate. Not to insult your intelligence but you tightened the larger nut on the baseplate to 120 ft/lbs and then added the locknuts after - correct?
