Sometime back I saw a thread on oversized (increased capacity) radiators for our trucks. :dontknow: Can't find it now so if anyone knows the source of these radiators I would be much appreciative.

Thank you sir, now is there anybody that makes an increased capacity oil pan of the '05 engine?

Running too hot????????????

Not sure. :dontknow: I drove to west Texas Monday in 95-101 outside temp. Temp got to 205 and oil a little hotter. I turn off the air conditioner and turn up the heat and temp starts down. That sounds like increased capacity is the solution. :dontknow: I do not know what constitutes high temp with an aluminum engine I know heat can do a lot of damage. Here in Texas I will be driving in a lot of 100+ weather and even sitting in line at the bank the temp went to 200 with 85 outside. I may be worried for nothing but rather error on the side of caution.

By the way, that is driving at 80-85 mph and when I slow to 70 the temp starts down. 355 miles on flat great back roads you can see forever with 75mph the average posted speed everyone is at 80-85. I really do not want to have to slow to 70 mph during the hot summer.

pretty sure that Tony @ JTSVP offers one also.

According to the weather it was 103-107 in that area Monday so running 200 coolant and 210 oil is perfectly acceptable bud. You're no where near where you were last year ;)

I have a Roe radiator works great holds more fluid runs so cool my fan hardly comes on even in traffic .But you may not want one because I have one lol.

Thank you. Not sure I need one but have a concern. And I hate running my heater in the terrible heat.

Roe's is 100% all aluminum no plastic tanks on it .Not cheap but works and looks real good .

By the way, how's it the employee that lost a finger? Well I hope.

He needs surgery to fix it back up but he will be lucky if he does not get fired because he bypassed a safety on one of my robotic arms to work on something .

have ya ran some water through the core to flush out any, dirt, bugs or birds???

JMB's electric fan was the ticket for mine to drop in temp. With a 172 degree thermostat, Justin's fan, and Evans coolant it doesn't climb higher than 175 degrees, ever.....but I rarely see the ambient temperatures you do, max here is about 95 F.

It was 36 and snowing here today.
