I did a search on this already but i need to know if its safe to drive until tuesday stealership appointmnet.

P0320 is a crank reference code,
Loss or miscomunication between the crank sensor and P.C.M..
I advise you get it checked out a.s.a.p.

You should be fine to drive it, dodge cars and trucks can run wih out the cam and crank sensor working.

I have had that code before. When it threw the code the truck had problems starting. The truck not starting seemed to trigger the code. I would get it every couple of months until I had the STS-1E removed. Been over a year without the code. Yours should go away after 3 starts and X amount of miles. Or you can reset the code yourself. Either way I would not be worried.
