Just finished completeing this mod at the Towers GTG in South FL. I promised Mickey I would post up some pics to show you guys what his body shop guys skills. I could be happier with the outcome. They look awesome I really think it completes the look of the truck. This is how the SRT-10 should have come from factory in my opinion.

I'm thinking of doing this to my black SRT-10. Was there anything special you had to do to the paint to make it work right and not chip off plastic?

Looks great.
Are they smooth, or do they have the factory texture?
I want to do that with mine, but for the mirrors, I think I am going to get the chrome looking covers and paint them.

My hats off to you, as for me. I love the Cal-vu's. I have always been in sports cars and I am use to looking into the smaller mirror bezel.

That's what I was going to do but with the door handles and tailgate cover. Thought I'd just paint the covers but they don't cover completely. End up with black ring around the collar.:D ...and looked cheap to me.

Mirror covers should look good, they seem to cover the complete mirror head?:dontknow:

I bought new handles and locking tailgate latch and plan to sand and paint them when the snow starts flying!

I think that will be a Winter Project to do inside the garage, gave me a good thing
Agreed!! Going to drop the truck off at Nicole's dad's for a few days this winter to get some stuff done, this included. He has a nice setup for painting in his pole barn.

They're as smooth as a babies butt.
