painting centercaps...

what is the best way to paint the original centercaps ?
i would like them in flat black , but dont know how to begin , and sanding seems to be hard on those ram-heads...
can i have some help on wich tools and numbers of sandpaper and stuff..?

red scotch brite....clean...spray...

use a product called trim black...by SEM....it's the shit....
