I have a set of SS street scene mirrows i took off of black to install on my CE ,,they are black so i want to paint them white,,

my question is has anyone taken these apart,,i need to get the mirrow and motor out of them because they are black plastic and i want inside of them painted also ,just looking at them i dont see a way to get internal parts out yet ,,have not mess with them yet was hoping someone has done this already ,,

why take them apart just to paint them.
it is made out of black abs plastic i dont want the inside showing black behind mirrows when tilted to one side ,,ya im being anal :D,,but i figured it out ,,has tiny clips holding mirrows on motors ,,had to bend a cheap screwdriver and put tape on shaft so i would not scratch it up and pop the clips up and they came right off ,,,;)

LOL I got some new things coming from Tony now. Might not be painted for long. You know.

I believe James is going for this look and IMHO it's hard to beat:rock:

I love the three handles not real big in to the little mirrors. But that's just me.

Those big black mirrors remind me of something
