Friday is clear and nothing is going on so it would be good.

Saturday they open up the gates for bracket racing and a mud bog starting at 3pm and start racing at 4pm.

He can have the concession going if we do not plan on bringing a bbq.

He said this could be a big thing if we wanted to do some promoting and get some sponsors. I told him I would throw that out to you guys and if someone wants to pursue it they could (I don't have the time to do it). He indicated he has some contacts if we were interested.

From what I understand, if we rent the track on Friday we will have more time to ourselves. If we rent on Saturday we can run against each other and then run against other people that night...



TRACK RENTAL FEES

TRACK RENTAL IS AT LEAST $100 PER PERSON
if you want to give more, that is fine

spectator entry fee is $10 per person, under age of 12 free

You will get plenty of track time an fun

We should rent the track friday, to have it all to ourselves.

Stink, when you say it doesn't mean we're "racing". What do you mean? Will we be allowed to race against each other? As in grudge matches. Cause I want me some of viperlady.:rock: Will there be times? And can we bring DR's?

after lunch we split up a couple classes such as naturally asperatied, NOS, and forced induction and maybe a open run what ya brung class

You may be right. And, I think alot of people will be regreting not renting the track, once we get there.

im not against test and tune i kind of like the idea of getting a ricer or two ,,but guys renting track is the best ,,,come on step up to the plate ,,,hell im there and i may come back to no job

Im gonna make a couple calls and see if i can help. I just spent over $1000 to get my truck road worthy to drive it down there next month (control arms, springs, etc.), plus we havent made sleeping arrangments yet. $100 just to be able to run at the track is a bit much for me right now (though i really really want to), but ill let everyone know exactly what my plans are today

What are the rules, as far as helmets? It's been a long time since I've been on a quarter mile track. The last one I went to, made you wear a helmet if you run any quicker than 13.99.

When we rent the track there are no rules...If we do their Test and Tune, better bring a helmet.
