Paxton fluid for intercooler?????HELP!

My neighbor Bill has Paxton on his 05 RC. Serpentine belt broke and truck overheated.

What kind/type/brand coolant does he need to use for the Paxton with intercooler. It's an X-Metal install but he can't reach Boomer.

He has to go pick up the truck where it broke down. Autoparts store is near by. They won't have Royal Purple there. Anything he can use to get it back home?

Use plain distilled water and just change it when he gets home?
