Glad you brought that up Boomer. Also on the Paxton instruction breakdown there are a few errors as to the number of spacers and where they go, etc. Just lay it all out on the bench and logic which show you. Two different spacers are very close to the same length, but are not. Measure them carefully. Some other random comments: Don't over tighten the bolts int the engine or the compressor, it's aluminum and can pull or strip the threads.
When you install the belt, Remove the top idler pulley, then pull the tension pulley with an entension, and THEN install the top idler pulley next to the compressor, and Then release the tension. It is tight! I remember someone saying its a 2 person job, but you CAN do it yourself. SILVER SRT Did you run braided lines to the fuel pumps or use the stock Paxton set up? Do you have a boost gauge or a vac Gauge. The first fuel pump is going to kick in at 1 lb vac. and the second one comes in at about 1.5 lbs boost. Monitor this by your gauge or run volt meters down to the pumps on a trial run.
Well I guess i've rambled on enough for new thread writer. I knew I'd get addicted if I started writing in, but I appreciate the good information on this site.
