When the motor gets cracked open to put the heads on (thanks to crazy Blake), might as well put pistons, rods, and a cam to strengthen it up a little bit. With that combo, I can see the HP increase a lot and still have the 'motor' strength there.....but in time, you WILL find the weakest link.

I wouldn't trust anyone else on the west-coast but DC (as of right now, unless more tuners come-around)

I just had to get towed in my Cadillac 76 miles from Miami to home and it was $400......DOT decided to shave down the asphalt about 4 inches andlet traffic drive on it on 95 south. Well when I hit the 4inch lip it flattened the 2 front tires and bent 1 of my 26" wheels.......Had to send it to get re-rounded on a press and the tires got remounted and they worked fine......I damn sure didnt wanna pay 8g's for 2 new 26's with tires!

Post pics of your caddy I'd like to see! I just lowered my 'lade and put front and rear sways. Made a big difference...still rolling on stock wheels.
 
Mine hardly looks like an Escalade anymore. Its been in lowrider and truckin mags. Its won a bunch of shows and stuff. The body kit I put on it makes it look totally different. And its an Ext...like a truck. Its got a Procharger and some internal work. At 10-12lbs of boost it make 587 rwhp on 26's...not bad for a big f'r.

No I havent......Ive told all u about my Escalade before....its just not in my sig. Neither are any of my other cars....I ust got a GT2 like my buddy Mike....its at Champiion now getting new wastegates,computer changes, and exhaust and lowered a little.......oh yeah and wheels

GIAC stage 4 GT2 chip with program switcher + wastegates = 1.3 bar on the boost (19 psi) don't let them give you anything less than 1.3 bar....

Like Boomer said. I have over 15,000 on my Paxton with no mechanical problems. The only real problem I've had is toasting my transmission. I don't have a dyno number since adding the headers, but I'll post that in the next couple of weeks.
 
With just Paxton and Magnaflow... 615rwhp

With above and Boomer's flash... 620 rwhp but 40 rwtq increase

Headers, no cats... coming soon.

All joking aside Blake.....seatbelts when driving this car...at 20 psi these cars are scary......first time when I nailed 2nd....my hands came clean off the steering wheel....:D ....figure 0-60 in low 3's.....1/4 is low 11's but that is misleading as that is on street tires and with a short 1st gear....you will trap at 130+.....

how does the whole #3 bearing becoming oil starved when running forced induction come into play? Or what ever # of what ever part becoming oil starved...i remember reading about this on the old site. I am considering getting boosted and want to understand what causes this condition and how to avoid it with out building up the bottom end. I think this was something Hennessey claims to have a fix for but involves pulling apart the motor.
 
Its not just with forced induction....it any high heat.stress situation.....I had to go to caoted rod and main bearings and the machinist opened up an oil pathway to the # 3 rod journal (as per JH) and a few other things but those were the biggies.
