Customers who make stupid complaints about their cars, especially when it's something the car is supposed to do, and they haven't RTFM.
A couple FerrariTruck can probably relate to:
E46 conv owners who fold up the top storage thingy in the trunk and then complain their top won't go down.
E65 owners who flip the valet switch in the center console, then complain the trunk won't open.
"My convertable has too much wind noise"
"My friends Mercedes doesn't make this noise, but my BMW does"
"My shifter\cig lighter\CD player doesn't work" It's not a piggy bank, please stop shoving coins into it.
