Phoenix 10 Story - Building Imploded

This morning (Sept 27), around 10am.. this 10 story building was imploded in downtown Phoenix.

My buddy shot this video from a parking garage about 1300 feet away.

Crank up your sound, and bass... the concussion from the blasts is amazing.. =)

I really wanted to be there to see it.. but was unable to be, as its the first in 30 years to be done on Phoenix.

The building was nearly 40 years old, and was becoming a wreck... and is making way for a upscale retirement area.. building..

It was an all glass mirror bldg... they removed all that stuff so as to not have a bunch of shattered flying glass...

Here is a pic with the glass... its been closed down for couple of years now at least...

They should also implode all the sports team stadiums those suck as well as the teams do We got a Hockey arena that we could sell cheap :slug: :slug: :slug:

I remember driving by that building when I was younger....unfortunately, I don't remember the roads anymore. Hell, I can barely remember where my parents live...somewhere in Mesa!

Probably some kind of reason that I have only been home 3 times in the last 11 years....I just can't seem to remember what it is anymore....:dontknow:
