Information for a few
I was trying to follow this thread for information on what folks decided about timing for the GTG. I did not look at the thread for about a day. I have now read pages and pages of useless posts that truly have no purpose other than to increase post counts and eat up bandwidth. Maybe I am just too old fashioned to understand. But I do not want to wade through page after page of nonsense to get the information about the GTG.
What I believe is BS, being BS belongs in the Post-Ho thread.
Anyone that can't post in the appropriate section in the future will have to go to FSTJACK's POSTHOING Clinic, Before they can post again. (and we only have one of those every three years; and it will be 2.5 years before we have another one.)

The poll has not changed in couple of days...so I think we have reached the tipping point that we can choose a day for the GTG to happen... and get the thread back on track.
Since it seems that END OF JANUARY has the winning poll, with Middle February coming in 2nd place but has 100% less votes on it.
I am proposing Saturday - January 27, 2007.
Plan to arrive early Jan 27, or come in town on Jan 26 (Fri), and leave Saturday night, or stay until Sunday.
I think that Whitesnake said that he might have some connections for hotel discounts for those coming in out of town, as well as those of us locally that have offered up spare rooms in their homes.

Those dates work for me so I'm in. We could go to the track friday or saturday night for some fun. Speedworld would be the closest to azpyro but firebird is an option to if speedworld isn't open.

Speedworld is open for racing on Saturdday the 27th from 7pm to midnight. It is $20 to race.
