please some one with a sct help a bro out

if i was going to order an sct do i just tell them what i have done to my rig and they put three flashes in it and i put it on the dyno and see which one works best. how about if i want another flash i just call ???? whome up and they email me another one. how much for the extra flashes and how good are they about getting them to you?? do the sct programmers come with the soft ware to be connected to oyur pcm to down load the new flashes, the do email the to you dont they... i would like to get one but have to many questions now...
