Ok guys. I am putting the truck back together soon and want to put on a new set of plug wire. Where can I get a set?

You gotta go with the MSD's for sure;) I know that Roe sells them and I'm sure several of the other venders do also:rock:

jmb has them for 95 bucks, cant beat that..

You mean to tell me that truck had stock wires on it???????????????????

Hilgee, I don't mean to switch topics on you. What did you find about the drive line? did it have all the parts upgraded that it was supposed to have?

How long until we get a video of her makin smoke?

Geez, man.

I have a new set of MSD wires and Cool Sox I could have sold you for less.

Oh well. Had to go buy fluids for the truck some time.:dontknow:

The Trans is completely built up. It was made by Century Transmission down in Texas. I called down there and gave them the serial number and they gave me the low down. This one one thing that was built right. The rear end is stock best I can tell. If it brakes I will get one of Stinkers Detroits.

The wires were stock I figure it is a pretty cheap upgrade while it is apart.

Thats a great idea just for the heat insurance.

what about the block?

And what kind of HP are you looking for here?

The block it bore to 522. New JE pistons and rod, complete set of arp hardware put everywhere. The block and head had to welded and machined from where it huffed.

I have a bunch of new (better) parts to go on when I put it back in including new fuel rails, Vec3, 96# injectors, and a tuning appt. with Joe D in St. Louis, Boomers TB, and others.

I hope to get to 1100 at the wheels after Joe is done:rock:
