PMs keep going away?

I cannot seem to get my PMs to work? I had the ability to PM, them changed my email address, and now it won't allow me to PM another user?

You didn't ask me for permission to PM. I'll let it go this time (you're PM's will work now), but in the future, you need to ask me first.
