My 05 has thrown code 0432 catalyst system low efficiency bank 2, what does this mean? I'm changing my cats out with the catless mid pipes, will this fix it?

I've been reading and it says sims may help, who has these ?

Once you install the catless mids you will have an engine light for the cats. The computer will not see the change from the upstream o2 to the downstream o2. There are a few ways you can fix that, tuning out the rear o2 sensors is the best way.
