Hey guys with poly bushing. I have about 40k on mine. They are shot. At first I just thought it was just my upper control arms. I was wrong. My lower control arms are shot too. Be sure to check them if you had them for a couple of years. And FYI the black ones last longer than the red ones. Well that's what Energy Suspension told me.

waaw , just bought the red ones from Tony....:(

but if they last 40k miles , thats about 7 or 8 years driving for me.;)

1 year for me, bought it with 15,400 miles and 19 months later I have a little over 67,000 on the beast. Second set of tires but original bushings. :dontknow:

i have the set from Tony.
howlong does it take to replace all the bushings in a shop ?

just replaced my black ones.

the flange on all the uppers were gone.

lowers were good, just regreased them with that stickyass silicon grease.

to replace the leafs bushings , do i need to make the weld of the flipkit loose ?

is it easy to change the bushings , or do u need special tools ?

wonder if i can do it at home or if i need my mechanics and tools at my Mopar shop...?:dontknow:

if ya go by Energy Suspension, you'll need a press.

most use a torch to burn the old rubber bushins out.

be careful with the torch method. it will usually shoot the bolt sleeve out, usually on fire & can go a fair distance, lol
