Popping front end and tranny probs

So when i first rollout in my truck, the first stop sign i come to and hit the brakes there is a pop is sounds like its coming from the front right wheel.

When I make a hard turn into a drive way it makes one or two cracks or pops. LOUD.

The tranny under light throttle on the 2-3 shift is almost shifting to 3rd then to 2nd over and over again 4-5 times before it actually goes into 3rd. I can speed up the shift by tapping the throttle. (Throttle valve linkage?)

And everytime I drive it or see my wife drive it (SRT8 is in the shop) I get a erection lasting longer than 4 hrs:dontknow:

The popping sounds like possibly a shock. Does it stop after driving it for a while?


The 2-3 shift issue is actually pretty normal for the QC. Mine does it too, and I just had it rebuilt.

The last thing you mentioned... is that really a problem? Because I love seeing my wife drive mine too!

I hate the way mine shifts --but the popular vote say's it is normal ---I have a shift kit that I am going to install as soon as I get the time---I'll see if that helps mine...it has helped a couple other members on here...
Check for loose parts for the clunking noise ---maybe brakes ,shocks or other suspension parts, bushings or bearings...

Bottom mount for my shock came loose and made similar noise. Going down a bumpy gravel road it sounded like the front end was coming off.
