Popping Noise Front Front End...

While turning when backing. Most likely the removable crossmember behind the oil pan that bolts into place is not welded. Once this has been welded, your popping noise will go away. For some reason, some were welded and some were not. Go figure!

Maybe the robot had a #3 cylinder issue when some of the trucks went through.
