last time i went to track i went 6.88@103mph with 1.55 60 ft. soft timing and 2000 rpm launch.. hope to go 6.60s this year when i get time to go , have since swapped the stock intake off for a better 1
and believe it or not the truck is my daily driver 80% of the time

, when this fat ass looking F-150 comes by sounding healthy. I was like WTF is Lightning? Never heard of one at the time? So I, (thinking I had this one in the bag) revved at this guy and he in turn revs back. It's on!!! Well we slow to about 30-40 on I 10 and we go at it. I immediately jumped on him and had a car on him (TPI TORQUE) but when I hit 2nd gear he graciously passed by, I again inched in on him the hit 3rd, he continues to accel from me and I was like WTF again. I was headed to Cali and the first thing I did was take my GTA in to the Pontiac house thinking something was wrong with it. There was something wrong! My 3500lb. 350CI Vette motor just got spanked by a 351CI Pickup truck! 
He is a good guy too..no bullshit just came up to me at the strip after I had beat every friggin Mustang there (the local Mustang Club was in attendance) including a new "500" on drag radials. and asked if I wanted to race. I promptly got my ass handed to me.10banger said:
