I just got back the intake tubes and the charge cooler back from being podercoated .I like the way it looks.I havent seen anyone else do this.
The parts were painted blacK (YUK) when I got them fron our buddy (VPRPWR). I am going to install it myself and use the stock Paxton piggy back box and also the Boomer blower flash .Will this be enough to run as-is untill I can get it tuned? :dontknow:  ..............

Silver, have you seen Dans (DC Performance) blower intake and 90 degree elbow? The air comes directly from the outside...through the sealed airbox and directly into the back of the Paxton. I just finished mine.

When you start the truck and put your hand in front of the new inlet (fresh air source) you can feel the air getting sucked in. Dan says its worth an extra pound or so of boost (being a sealed and pressurized system) and is way more efficient. I still cant figure out where the air is coming in from the fender area. Wherever it is, its not nearly as much as his setup. Dan also says the intercooler temperatures will be cooler as a result.

I wouldnt mind powdercoating some of my parts...just getting go fast stuff for now.

Very nice, congrats on the sone to be Mods
