power steering problems

So I was trying to park my truck several days ago in the garage when the power steering stopped working, needless to say that is a workout!
I backed it out of the garage today since it is a nice day to have a look. No leak, full of fluid, spins when engine is on, and with the cap off you can see the fluid moving. I looked for a power steering relay and could not find one.

Before I go and change it out, I was looking possible other answers?

what year model ya have???

if she's an '04.

check your crank pulley/damper

Your hydraulic fan may be locked up and starving rack for fluid or pump is just out. :burnout:
