I have an 06 RC. When the truck comes up to operating temp, 200-205 water, 220ish oil, the power steering seems to be working harder. When at a stand still, trying to turn in tight quarters, the steering wheel is difficult to turn and as you're turning the wheel the system will make a squealing noise, similar if the wheel/rack was forced beyond its maximum turn (lock to lock). Fluid level is fine, no leaks, belt seems good, no binding, rubbing or other noises or reactions when turning, system works great otherwise and the truck just turned over 1900 miles. Anybody else experience this issue?

My 04 feels like the pump is giving up when I turn it quickly.

Had a similar problem with my 04. Had to have dealer replace belt and pump.
