i had not considered that. if that was the case, wouldn't he had just paid whatever i was asking?

Not always. One of those markers saved me about $500 on a car I sold for 8k. Don't know if the guy did it on purpose or if he had no clue, but I wasn't going to take that $500. Made him go to the bank and get me another $500 before he took the car and I signed it over.

Scoob, how banged up is the box exactly? Does it need a bunch of work to straighten it out or would a coat of paint fix it up?

i dont have a photo of the stake holes.
but here are these.
what it needs is about 500-600 worth of work, plus the new plastic piece.
i just never had the time.
after it happened i replaced all the tires as well.
