PROBLEM with SAT RADIO- ANY DEALERS HERE?

I bought a sattelite system for my Truck. IT has an intermittent problem where it cuts out. Dodge issued a TSB bulletin for it saying that it has a defective module. Took the truck to a dealer he says he cant do anything because it was added after the fact ( By ME). The people that sold me the module said they can replace the module but it probabaly will not work because it is defective and has to be "upgraded" by the dealer. The dealer has no clue as to what upgrade means.

steve what cd part number do you have ?? you might have to get the upgraded cds mine was doin something to the same effect where it would tell me you have traveled in unknown area mines been somewhat fine since i got the new cds and what nav unit is it rb4??
