I see they left out the price tag for this little beauty.

Most likely in the 90 - 120K mark.

That would the sh*ts to get smoked by a some lady driving a station wagon carriering kid and groceriers.

The dudes on the Lamborghini forum are BEGGING Audi to put this engine in the next Gallardo.

Part of the fun in having a Volvo Wagon is seeing the eyes of ricers when my turbo kicks in...

That Audi wagon is really super...I have also been looking for a price...maybe I pick one of those up in Europe this summer, rather than a new Volvo???

That would be a cool wagon to get. When you buy in europe and then have to ship it over do you still save?

I hear the BMW program (I think it is BMW) you still save money. Or maybe it was Porsche. But it almost sounds like any European car can be had for less money.

One of my sons teachers a few years back went over and picked up a volvo. Drove around europe. Then dropped it off to be shipped home and flew back. I don't if they saved or not.

European Delivery is an option on some BMW's (not the 3 series, because its made in NC. ;) ). I'm not sure if you save money.... don't think so. But, you DO get a nice vacation package and a tour of the factory and the museum. I think they still have it as an option today (some other's have it as well, including Porcshe). Let me see if I can find a link. :burnout:

Edit: Here you go. :) http://www.bmwusa.com/BmwExperience/europeandelivery

Thanks Jake for the added info. Like I said earlier about saving money is not necesarily true. But it sounds like you get a really cheap vacation to Europe.

Nothing is cheap in Europe these days with the dollar is such sad shape.

But still a European trip will be worth it. In the past I have just been charmed by the places and people!

I remember when the mark was 3.6 to the dollar in 1986. You could pick up New BMW for like half the price.

Not even close these days. Of course everything is the euro now.

Now that is a sweet wagon I would drive, but some of you think my bmw is a wagon already:D
