:questionmark: :questionmark: :questionmark:OK, I’m sold. I will be buying the programmer. (BUT from Whom?)   I plan to switch the program back to stock if and when I ever need to tow something with it. (I think I’m going to keep the F150 for that kind of crap though…) So now I ask, WHO HAS THE BE$T DEAL, including support after the purchase? There doesn’t seem to be many venders and $600.00 seems to be the going rate. Are the programs different depending on the company I buy from? I only plan a CAI, catch can and 172 thermostat, as far as any power mods go. (Maybe exhaust later) So I’m looking for a basic flash.:questionmark: :questionmark: :questionmark:
Who has the popular vote?

Installed CAI and catch can yesterday It looks great. Pictures soon.
Thanks Justin...

The programs will be based on the company's dyno-tuning results.... which should be fairly consistent. I know that DC Performance and ROE Racing BOTH have excellent customer service, and you can't go wrong with either company. :)

Good luck! I think you've made a great choice, going with the SCT programmer.

Quick

I used Roe to email me some tunes for my Viper a while back. He's always been a pleasure to deal with so I will likely be using him when it's time.

I can't even get in touch with one vender after calling and leaving several messages about purchasing one. Guese I'll be taking my bussiness else where.

This is my newly installed Cold Air Intake and Catch Can from JBM. Anybody see any errors? I had to do it 2 times... Forgot to plug the inlet underneath!:banghead: Next will be the 172* thermostat, then the Programmer. The truck goes to the body shop Monday for some touchups and a "Wrong Wing" ectomy! :nurse:
I’ll go wingless for a while… :willy: What $hould mid-pipe$ be running on average?

Looks good to me! :)

I'm waiting for the Diablo programer..it should be ariving the first of the year. The Diablo allows data logging so you can fine tune your truck yourself. I have one for my LS7 Z06 Corvette and couldn't be happier with it! its the best $300 i ever spent.:listen:

I had the Diablo on my 04 Furd F-150 ..... it netted me 3 HP and 1 TQ  it did change my shift points and made it possible to adjust for different tire size and the 4.56 rear end I threw in :( I found Diablo's product to be total shit ... I replaced it with the Edge which Kicked the Diablo's ass in every area:bebored: they will not get my money

The newer Diablos have come a long way , show me a handheld tuner that holds 2 tunes and data logs so you can fine tune A/F ratios-LTFT's ect? You bought a Ford..and you live in Hollywood...:dontknow:

While we're dreaming...

Well if I had a choice I would use the Hypertech Power Programmer like I use in my LS1… ($125.00)
But it doesn’t exist. :banghead: Of the ones that exist who/where is the best deal? It looks like Roe and DC are the forum favorites. $600.00???

There is just the SCT right now... The units are exactly the same from all vendors....... It's just the tunes that are different. :)

Oh, and the SCT kicks the Hypertech's ASS on any vehicle. :p :D

Yep, Diablo ain't worth'a doo-doo. I didn't like the Edge programer (for my 02 PSD SuperDuty) either..... It was a tranny-killer.

I had the Diablo that had data logging capabilities and held two tunes and had a custom tune e-mailed from Diablo and still sucked ass :dontknow: The Furd was a great work truck and a bunch of great creature comforts but the customer service was sub-par at best and it was far from reliable.

And what's with the shot at Cali:dontknow: I live in big city:dontknow: and that DC performance is 15 min drive:D

Cheers J.T.

PS I own two SRT10's:D
